  This place is definitely a hit or miss. I come here to use the printing services at least once a month. Sometimes it super efficient and I'm out in 20 min...other times I've been here for 2 hours waiting for them to change the toner or format it properly. Only come here to print if you have the time to spare. Overall the staff seems unethusiatic about helping customers (not surprised when it comes to a corporation) but eventually everything gets done.
